Voices of Kommeno

“Voices from Kommeno” is a 30-minute audio walk through the victimized village of Kommeno. Listeners and visitors are invited to walk through the village and listen to the resonances of August 16, 1943, as conveyed by the local inhabitants. The war crime committed by German soldiers against 317 civilians, the life that followed, and the traces of trauma carried across generations. How can this memory be preserved and passed on?
