“Voices of Kommeno” is a 30 minutes audio walk through the martyred village of Kommeno. The listener and visitor is asked to walk through the village and listen to the resonances of the 16th of August 1943 as they are being audible through the locals. The war crime committed by German soldiers against 317 civilians in the village, the life after and the imprints of the trauma through generations. How can this memory be preserved and passed on?
